Advantages:

Расположение, хозяин всегда на связи

Disadvantages:

Были заселены не в эту квартиру, она оказалась занята, хозяин предложил вариант другой квартиры, времени не было выбирать. Квартира с липкими полами, кухней и посудой, всего две розетки на квартиру, были замечены тараканы и много много комаров, которые мешали спать. Цена за такую квартиру завышена.
