В домике есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: кухня со всей необходимой посудой и принадлежностями, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, туалет и душ. На территории есть парковка, беседка с мангалом и баня. Рядом находится живописный пруд, где можно купаться. Можно прогуляться по лесу и собрать грибов, покататься на велосипеде. В 5 минутах ходьбы находится большой продуктовый магазин и автобусная остановка.
Также рядом находится остров Русский. На автобусе или такси можно добраться до Тарусы.
